The OviStand Ultra Slim is designed for laptops and MacBooks with a screen size of up to approximately 15–16 inches. It supports all common models, such as the MacBook Air and Pro up to 15 inches. Thanks to its slim design, the stand fits under almost any laptop.

How do I use the OviStand Ultra Slim and how do I adjust it?

The OviStand Ultra Slim unfolds easily and is adjustable to three different heights for an optimal viewing angle. While in use, you can sit upright and relaxed at your laptop, with less strain on your neck and shoulders. After use, it folds flat – it's only 2 mm thick when closed.

What material is the OviStand Ultra Slim made of?

The stand is constructed from an innovative and ultra-strong aluminum composite, 2mm thick yet surprisingly robust. This material is extremely light, making the OviStand Ultra Slim weigh only about 117g, yet incredibly strong. It's corrosion-resistant and retains its shape, even with heavy use. Shipping costs are free within the Netherlands.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship your order within 2 business days. Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch in the Netherlands. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If your order hasn't arrived after 3 business days, please contact customer service.

What payment methods does Ovilli offer?

Payments are processed through the secure payment provider Shopify. You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's servers.

How can I cancel or return my order?

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt, in accordance with your right of withdrawal. After canceling, you have another 14 days to return the product in its original condition and packaging. After receipt, we will refund the full amount (including shipping costs) within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact customer service beforehand for return instructions.

What warranty applies to the OviStand Ultra Slim?

The OviStand Ultra Slim comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Any manufacturing defects within that year will be repaired free of charge or the product will be replaced.
