Shipping policy
Shipping costs are determined based on the total order value of the items ordered. The correct shipping rate is automatically calculated in the webshop.
Within the Netherlands:
- Orders with a total order value up to €100 – €4.95 shipping costs.
- Orders with a total order value of €100 or more – Free shipping!
Delays
If a delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you have not received your order within 3 business days of receiving the shipping email, please contact us at info@ovilli.com. Shipping to other parts of the world may take longer.
Out of Stock
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You have the option to wait until the item in question is back in stock; select an alternative item for the same price; or receive a refund. We will process the refund as quickly as possible, but no later than within 7 business days.
