Shipping and Costs

Shipping costs are determined depending on the total weight and size of the ordered products. The correct tariff is automatically calculated in the web shop.

For the Netherlands:

All orders – Free shipping!

For Europe and United States:

All orders with a total value from € 150 and above – Free shipping!
Within Europe and United States € 12 for a single order

For Rest of the World:

All orders with a total value from € 300 and above – Free shipping!
Rest of the World € 15 for a single order

Shipping

In general your order is delivered within 1 – 2 working days (for The Netherlands), unless otherwise stated on our website. Please note that shipping to other parts of the world can take longer. You receive a shipping confirmation when your package is shipped.

Delay

In case a delivery is delayed we will notify you as soon as possible. If you have not received your ordered products after 3 working after shipping notification, please contact us via info@ovilli.com

Out of stock

If an product that you ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. You have the option to wait for the product in case it will be replenished; to select an alternative product for the same amount; or get a refund of the charged amount for that product. A refund will be processed as soon as possible with a maximum of 7 working days.
